What an excellent question!!!

The reason someone has a reaction to a particular thing is due to the person immune system, not a sensitivity of any organ. You would not have a reaction because the donor did.

If the organ itself is causing the reaction to citrus fruits, the I guess it would. But allergies don't stem from organs, so the answer is no.

I would think it would depend entire on if the organ was the source of this reaction or not. Say you're donating a kidney, it could be your stomach or liver that is the source of your problem. Or it might not even be your organs but your body chemistry. So I would say it's possible, but certainly not guaranteed.

I don't know - good question! I think it would have the same problems, because I have asthma and I reckon they'd still suffer in someone else. And your organs have to be compatible with the new person, so the same reactions would apply....? I would have thought!

That possibility exists. The receivers many times get even the nature of the donor.

This sort of thing has happened, it has been reported that somehow the person receiving the transplant has had some sort of memory of the donor, don't know how, but there you go.

i don't think so i think it's because your body rejects citrus fruits but the other person doesn't because of the way the bodily systems work,

I doubt the organ would be used. So chances are yes.
