Yes, unless you smoke all the time. When I first started smoking, I got a buzz everytime I smoked but once I started smoking all the time, I dont really notice anymore........unless I have gone a long time without one.

Yes they can if you are not used to the brand or the brand is harsher than what you normaly smoke. But that would not be the goal of smoking cigs.

They can........especially if you are not a avid smoker....or if it is the first cigarette of the day......or if you have not smoked for a long time........I'm a smoker.......and believe me if you are just starting......for yourself don't make it a habit.....very hard to break. Best wishes.
