this question is beyond STUPID!
As you already know, you can't lose a stone in a day! maybe half a pound thats it!!!
You have to make time to lose weight,so here are a few good tips to build up your willpower:
#ok...let's kick-start,now!

*you're going out tomorrow night,so let's start right now so you can lose at least a tiny bit by tomorrow..
#Start exercising.Do stomach crunches,sit-ups,running or anything you want but you have to do it everyday and make sure it's a working-up-a-sweat exercise otherwise it's no good.
#Eat less,drink more.Drink at least 2 litres of water a day to wash out your toxins and help lose weight faster.
#Don't go over-the top about food.A little cheese on your pasta isn't going to bite you,so don't go absolutely obsessed about it...by the way, this causes stress and can also cause anger and moodswings (true fact).
#Go ahead! Have your once a week treat,like a bag of crisps or chocolate,or if you simply don't want to,reward yourself with a gift or a massage - it is important.
#If you do this and stick with it, you will lose up to 2.2 lbs a week or even more.
TRUE FACTS.............
#If you are a bit desperate for something sweet, but worried if you are going to ruin your diet,STOP! Go off to your local sweet shop or wherever, and pick something low-cal,you won't gain anything if you eat them in moderation.
#When you are going off to the gym or if your gonna do some exercise somewhere, don't forget to take some tissues with you to wipe the sweat off your skin, and the most important is,your face; because when your face is sweaty,your pores open,and the dirt takes a little trip in to the pores, and when you start to cool down,the pores close and they can creat blemishes/spots...so be careful!
# Sip water between meals so you won't be so hungry for that sweet,sugary,fat-gaining dessert.
STRESS BUSTERS.....
#don't forget to relax! Put on the relaxation music,and go to sleep if you wish!
#Before going to bed,put a few drops of lavanda on your pillow,this is a great stress buster,and also helps you sleep.

In what way would losing half a stone affect the way you experience tomorrow night?

Go out, enjoy yourself and the people who love you will continue to love you because you are fun to be with. The people who judge you as half a stone too heavy are really not people you want to know, so what they think doesn't matter.

There is no safe way to lose half a stone in a day., short of amputation. If your scales told you you were seven pounds lighter tomorrow than you are today then either they are defective or you have suddenly lost a lot of fluid and may be at risk of dehydration. If that's the case you will probably feel so unwell you won't want to go out.

More worrying is why you have arrived at the decision that you need or want to lose half a stone. And that you believe there might be a way to achieve it in 24 hours. If you are clinically overweight, you need to reduce the amount of energy in, (Calories from food,) and increase the amount of energy out, (activity/exercise.) If you are not genuinely overweight, push the scales under the bed, or, better yet, in to the dustbin, and forget the numbers.

Why do you need to lose half a stone, are you half a stone too big to get through a door, no thought not
What you need to do is to lose the thought that you need to lose half a stone. If you feel you are half a stone over weight then you are probably like every other lady and actually don't need to
It is only superficial people that would not look at you cos you are not a stick insect, most of us blokes like a bit of something to cuddle you know
Now if you had said you wanted to lose seven stone then you might have a problem, but half a stone no way, I bet you look gorgeous

go out dance have a good time and You will be fine..

Drink as much water as you can possibly stand for the rest of the day, go to the gym and run for at least an hour non stop if you can manage it, or 5-10 min intervalls if you are not that fit. Then do the same tomorrow (only the water bit until lunch time, go to the gym before you go out) and eat cereal in the morning and a salad without dressing tomorrow. Might not loose half a stone but you will cleanse out access fat, toxins and tone your body to make your hair, skin and body feel and look nicer and you might have lost a pound or 2.

Depends on the size of the stone. Some stones are big. They may need a jack hammer. Once you break it, get rid of half of it. Hope this helps. :)

Please do not resort to laxative or eating dissorders as suggested in some unhelpful answers. You shouldn't be trying to loose so much weight in such a short time, it is not healthy and not possible. The magic pants suggesstion is a good one and do some exercise the day you are going out, you will look and feel better.

i don't think there is anything u can do but maybe nxt time try losing weight b4. There are a few creams (i forgot their names) makes u lose 2cm in 30 mins. Mayb search 4 that on e-bay or any pharmacy. Also u can try the sauna belt.

you probably can't. just eat fruit and veg and nothing fatty and drink nothing but water, and go on a run a a long walk. you may lose a bit. i'm a postman and may weight fluctuates about a stone up and down all the time!

Break A rock in half. Put a half in a pocket with a hole then go for a walk.
