Are you talking about the "cook on the stove" or the instant? If it's on the stove can I suggest Cinnamon and or raisins or apples in small bits. Try dried apricots, bananas....walnuts or almonds hey even chocolate chips (i might sprinkle those on top when your done cooking). Be creative...have fun.

A friend of mine grates apple into it as it's cooking. Then I sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on it, with a dab of butter in the middle of the bowl it's delicious!

milk, chopped walnuts, sliced banana, honey. Add cinnamon while you're cookind it. Or add a little butter, pecans, applesauce and cinnamon. You could try orange juice/zest, dried cranberries and nuts. Be creative adding fruit/nut combos you like in breads or muffins...

Stir vanilla extract and allspice (or the spice combination of your choice) in while it's cooking. Top with toasted almonds and brown sugar.
