We are energy, and energy can be transformed but not ended. So in that sense of the word, we do “live” forever.

Living forever in memories and record but physically no one can live forever. If you lived forever that would be scary. Plus you partly live "forever" by passing your genes on to your children.

It is interesting to consider.

When we are young are bodies are able to grow and mature at a faster rate than when we get old. We are also able to grow new tissue to replace old tissue.

So our bodies do have the capability to 'renew'.

So it seems logical to think that if we could control that process maybe we could slow down the effects of aging. Perhaps we could also trigger the replacement of old tissue too.

So I think yes (perhaps not forever) but I think it is a log way off yet though.

Scientifically speaking, no.
Your body's internal system accumulates mutations which eventually results in death.
Also, the wearing out of tissue with time softens your body up.
The mitochondria, which is essential for energy production mutates quickly too. When it gives way, so does your life.
