SOMETIMES THE TIMING IS OFF!

Because they realized they made a mistake with letting each other go. But if you break up again, then they shouldn't get back together. Why do they after that point? Stupidity, scared of letting go and finding someone new, or simply don't understand that it won't work (that goes back to the stupidity thing).

sometimes ppl need to separate in order to weigh the pros and cons. of a relationship. It gives them time to see what it is like apart if and they really want to be apart.
They really should discuss what they are wanting from the break up as well and call it time part( separation) though..
If a couple break up over and over, then they are not accomplishing anything when they break up or when they date either.
They need to discuss the issues, and/or more on either way. After a couple times over a long period of time they need to just make it or break it!

Because after the break up you're without that person, and you realize how much you miss them and want them back. Why people repeatedly break up and get back together is beyond me. Either stay together or stay apart. It's not healthy to go back and forth.

People get back together with a person to feel better, rather than being alone, but then they realize it's not any better than the last time

sometimes it is because there were things that were really good in the relationship, the bad things just make you realize that you are not meant to be together.

because they are losers that can't find anyone else to date so they go back to the same loser they were dating.
