it is very hard,
but keep up with the exercise...
I have seen people change body size.
It takes more than just 1 hour/day,
for them it took more like 3-4 hours/day or more.
good luck

You need to do more weights. Lift twice a week for about 30 minutes. Do squats plus leg extensions and leg curls also use the glute machine if they have one. You can't spot reduce. If you want to get rid of fat in your thighs, you will need to reduce bodyfat. You can do this by doing more cardio. You need to eat at least 1200 calories.

Fat comes off in the reverse order it goes on. You can't target parts of the body to lose weight.

As the other person said, it's genetics. It's just the way your body works.

And there's nothing wrong with an hourglass figure, that's for sure!

Increase your cardio to 1 hour. Do less leg work with the weights. If this does not work, then it is genetic. Are others in your family built like you?

We are all so obsessed with our body! People have different shapes, embrace your shape. As long as you work out like you do, you should be healthy Beside, when we gt old, we all loose our “shape”! Better love the people you love!
