Yes, there is nothing wrong with the Crawl, I am just going by what I have been told in the past by Army Swimming Instructors and Proffessional Swimming Instructors. But I would still try and work towards doing the Crawl. As I said most swimming strokes are good for you and many water activities and water sports. But the Crawl is the recommended Stroke for all round fitness.

Good for what? If you can't do the breast stroke I would imagine you are not going to be very good at the front crawl either.

Try the back stroke, that is easy and you get to kick your legs a lot.

If you just want to exercise, any stroke is good. Front crawl is fine.

Swimming period is good for your health. If you do not do any sports but swim, you should be very health in body fitness.

try the frog, I think that is what you mean...yes it is good.
