He needs to see a dermatologist as it sounds like he has an allergy to something and hives are coming up because of it, get him to go to the GP who will refer him for an appointment to see a dermatologist and if his GP says no then tell him to ask for a second opinion it is his right, good luck.

My brother had something like this happen to him when he was 13. The dermatologist said it was "inherited acne". this is the worst kind, I can not remember the name of it though. He would have them more and more often and they got bigger and bigger. And then they got deeper, they were very nasty and made big scars all over his body. He was put on Tetracycline and then had dermal abrasion therapy, it did not help. I would recommend that he see a dermatologist. There could be many things happening, and maybe it is something treatable. Hope things improve for him and I hope this info helps also! Good luck!

This is just an allergy of some sort. All Allergies come from the same root cause.
A group of complex carbohydrates should normally be attached the proteins of every single cell in the human body.
The transfer of all biological data at cellular level depends upon all of those carbohydrates being in place.
Allergies are simply the result of the Immune System being compromised by the depletion of one or more of these carbohydrates. This is four times Nobel Prize winning science, with 350,000 scientific papers being written about it already.
Replacing these missing carbohydrates is quite straight forward, and completely repairs immune function.

You should take your brother to a doctor. It could be an allergy so OTC benadryl or claritin may help. However, it sounds like cystic acne. Cystic acne appears as cysts underneath the skin and can occur anywhere on the body. If it is cystic acne, he will probably need the help of a dermatologist to clear it up.
Good Luck!!!
