In Buddha's original teaching , there is no such ceremony. But after Buddha's death. There were lot of things were added to the Buddhism. Large monuments of Buddha was build. ..may be i'm wrong , but some Buddha teachings were unbelievable. Like the Nobel eightfold path , four Nobel truths. I cannot believe they are 5000 years old.

Yes. But.
To get the basic teachings of The Buddha, you're most likely going to have to go to a monk--it's a mainly verbal tradition, and what's been written down is rarely translated.
The tradition I know the most about is Mahayana Buddhism; for that branch, being the most popular in Western countries, I'd recommend you to the Tibetan Book of the Dead, which is quite easily available in English and has a good bit on various Tibetan Buddhist rituals.

The Buddha taught us no rituals, but some sects of Mahayana such as Tibetan Buddhism have highly ritualized the religion. Theravada, my sect, and Zen are not ritualistic. Theravada is the "old way" and is the first sect to start.

Yes, there's taking refuge, making prostrations, offering incense food, prayer, reading sutras, holidays, much like any other religion.
