The only legal way is to buy it and install it. Your other option is to try some equally good but free alternative software. I suggest OpenOffice.org

When you save your powerpoint presentation, the sound is part of the file. All you should have to do is make sure the sound on your teacher's computer is turned on (My teachers always have the sound muted)

Unfortunately... that is one of the programs(software) that you have to buy at one of the computer stores and then DOWNLOAD it.. I have it and of course I use powerPoint.. one of my favorite programs.

If you are a college student, usually Microsoft has a special price program for college student.
Go to your college or university's bookstore.
