i really want to go back to muslim life, but 1 thing i cant leave behind. its my piercing, it the thing that diffrenciate me with other hypocrite. can i be a proper muslim with my piercing?

Yeah, Muslims think all your sins are automatically forgiven the instant you officially become a Muslim. It's alot like what Christianity offers with Jesus, but slightly modified to seem more like it's the official will of God.

Try the Sufi branch of Islam. They are mystics, and even
use self-inflicted pain, which I don't personally believe in in doing,
to achieve spiritual states. Don't see how they would mind a
piercing.
They also are called Whirling Dervishes. Because they spin
round and round. I recently read that a person could do
more for the world by doing this, than writing 50 self-help books.
We all have a "link" to Spirit. A little vortex, or spiral of energy

Yes! I personally don't wear hijab or anything as i dont agree with it but i know one women who wears a full veil and under it she has stacks of peircings as both her and her husband like them and i guess find them sexy and kinky (but that is between them!).
If it is important to you and because you like it and wear it not to make you sexually attractive to the oopposite sex then yes.
