This may sound funny to you but my 68 year old aunt, who by the way is still a size 2 would come home from work and do the 'twist around the living room with her girls. It is a lot of fun and can pretty much be done to any fast paced music. Good Luck!

Yeah. Easy. Just pump those weights rhythmically and fairly quickly. It will really get your heart rate up.
Oh and the best workout music ever is Prince's "When doves cry" from the Purple Rain album!

Get a workout video, they have many cardio tapes you can buy that allows you to do simple things without having to leave your home or a tight space.
The best option is to get outside and run or jog.

do jumping jacks or run in place holding the weights. Also, if you have anything safe you could step up and down on, that would be good. or just be goofy and turn on the radio and dance. it sounds crazy, but it is great excercise!!
