Latest cold (virus) in England is notable for the sneezing fits it causes. I expect it is highly contagious. Usual stuff on itchy eyes, sore throat (for the first two days) and snot runnig down my throat and waking me up. Best answer would be ideas to relieve the symptoms.

i've just got over it, after passing it on 2 my baby boy and toddler and getting through about 5 boxes of tissues. i found the best way 2 relieve my symptons was suck on some soothers throat sweets and the lemsip cold & flu CAPSULES work wonders, the capsules work better than the powder stuff or the drink.
