you need to import the information from excel into word.. just naming it and putting .doc at the end will NOT save it in a word format. Excel is a hugely powerful application.. if the information you want is smaller than the entire file.. you may need just cut and paste.

Well its not that easy... you will have to convert it... try cutting and pasting, it should be that easy if all your updates are in line, however if this doesnt work then use the question/help box in the upper right corner of excel... its very helpful and can recognize question formats
