If you listen to certain people, anything that is remotely enjoyable is either bad for your health, sinful, or both.

Personally, I would say if you like it, do it; you only live once, so you may as well make the most of it.

Remember: living a healthy, righteous life won't make you life longer... it just seems longer.

Benefits Of Drinking Cappuccino

Okay, technically speaking, yes AND no.
There are ways you can make it better, and ways you can make it REALLY bad for you!
First, the caffeine. There have been a million studies done on the effects of caffeine, and what we know for sure is that like most things, if we over do it, it's definitely bad. (like more than 4 cups a day of regular coffee, or 4 shots of espresso, or 4 cups of tea, etc...) But in reasonable quantities there are likely even some health benefits to caffeine.
Next, the milk. Milk, obviously, is good for you. Calcium and all that. However cappucino is usually made with full-fat milk, and fat is not good for you. Lower fat milk, and even skim milk, contain all the good stuff in full-fat milk, without the fat. So try your cappucino with 1% or 2% milk, the difference should be barely noticable. If you like that, then try going all the way to skim milk. It might take a few days to get used to, but likely you'll enjoy it just as much as your fat-filled cappucino after a while.
The only other thing really to watch out for, is how much sugar you add to your cappucino. Sugar is bad for you. If you're unable to cut down the sugar, try using raw, unprocessed sugar, or natural honey to sweeten your drink instead, and at least you won't be taking in all the processed stuff and chemicals.
But all in all, unless you have some serious health problems, one cappucino a day is absolutely NOT going to hurt you at all, so enjoy!

Yeah, but it's alright if you enjoy one from time to time. Daily doesn't sound too good for you. Sounds more like a habit than anything. Perhaps a caffeine induced habit. Some people may consider that an addiction.

If you're actually concerned about your health you won't beat yourself for indulging, but you'll realize that you're not doing your body good by doing that.

I personally don't understand why so many people drink coffee daily, but they probably don't understand why I eat chocolate every day.

i certainly hope not as I drink lots of it, though not daily. here in europe its just about the most common type of coffee to drink, that or esspresso, which is much much stronger. actually there isnt that much coffee in cappuccino, its more than half full of milk thats whipped up so it cant be all that bad for you and one cup daily is less than average so im sure youre ok with that amount

Look..caffeine is bad for your health..we all know this. But so many things are bad to our health that we are aware of but still do[like alcohol, cigarettes, junk food,etc..].We cant take it all into consideration because if we do then they'll be nothing left to do that'll be enjoyable to us..and thats no fun!Coffee is the less harmful one I would say.I dont think that a cup of coffee a day is gonna kill you..as long as its not exagerated[like 2-3 cups].

If you are a person who much watch their caffeine intake - then if you order a cappuccino - ask for a decaf one!

It's coffee. There is good and bad in every sip you take.
