If you cannot tolerate dairy foods, don't eat them. There are many other foods that contain the same essential vitamins/minerals as dairy but in higher level and less "toxic" to the body. An example is broccoli, mixed greens such as collard greens and kale, sesame seeds,and chickpeas all contain 2-3 times more calcium than dairy.

There are some dietary supplements you can take to aid in the digestion of dairy products. I'm not sure about the immunity to it.

Are you allergic to milk proteins or are you lactose intolerant? There are enzyme products that may help in either case depending on the extent and severity of your problem.
