You don't say where you're from or where you want to go.

The USA has (or had and I assume still does) a provision under which those coming from abroad on nonimmigrant visas and those US citizens coming to the US on a temporary posting could bring their domestic servants with them on (I believe) B1 visas. Here's what the US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur says on that: http://malaysia.usembassy.gov/consularwebsite/visa/niv/domestic_employee.htm

The UK has a provision under which persons of any nationality moving to the UK after having lived abroad can bring with them domestic servants who have been in their employ for two years (it used to be one year). The servants' work permit may be renewed annually, and after four years s/he is entitled to unlimited leave to remain ("settlement") and after another year to naturalisation. Here is some general information on that: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/servlet/Front?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/ShowPage&c=Page&cid=1018721068341 and some technical information: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/servlet/Front?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/ShowPage&c=Page&cid=1036517814901

No doubt some other countries have comparable arrangements, each with its own conditions and limitations.
