I mostly agree with the first reply except that you "have" to destroy property or physically hurt someone else. You can also verbally hurt them or yourself through lack of control. It's sort of like a Very Extreme, Totally Off-The-Charts, Constantly Swinging Back and Forth Across The Full Spectrum of Emotions..........................................Temper Tantrum.

STOP throwing your temper tantrums (Destroying/Damaging Property, Hurting people, etc) and START growing up and taking on the ADULT responsibilities of life --

MEANING get your act together, realize that you are acting like an idiot, get treatment, and start paying back all those people you have inflicted your POOR to NO Self-Control on for the things you have destroyed.
