my butt is really gross..its flat on the top but has a little curve on the bottom and i want to know how to fix this. What kinds of exercises should i do? i'm not trying to get a huge butt but i atleast want it to porpotional to the rest of my body. FROM working out NOT eating. alot of people say you have to be born with a nice but look at the tennis players and track runners. so i know its something i can do.

Some great exercises for the butt are lunges and squats and if you can get ahold of an old series of tapes or the book "Callanetics" there are some leg lifts in there that will give you a fabulous looking tush in no time. I used those and did lots of squats and lunges everyday and it really lifted and shaped my rear :)

Be sure to look for a book or website that shows you proper form for squats and lunges so you don't accidentally hurt your knees! If you just do a search you'll find tons of information on how to do them. They have a bonus of giving you very nice legs too :)

Forget all that nonsense,
listen to this,

Key things:
High intensity sprints (not jogs or walks)
Squats (with dumbbells, bar, bag weights, whatever)

Look for leg machines in the gym that works that area

Work the squat, sprints, or leg machines religiously, you'll have a perfectly shaped butt.

hill jogging will deffinatley help, not right away though, it will take awhile.........good luck
