I am just curious. What are some funny animal names that you know of. I have two cats and one of them is names Pugsly Booger and the other one is named Walmart, more affectionatley know as Wally.

My mum named her cat jade, but when it was a kitten it was always jumping on the furniture and my mum was forever shouting "get down". My daughter was only little at the time and thought this was the cats name and started calling it "down" this eventually stuck and now everyone calls it down. The cat even answers to it...

We have a cat called Charlie Cheeky Chops. When i was a kid we had a sheep called Victa (a brand of lawn mower in Australia) a pig names Wilbur. Duck named Roast. Rabbit names Hunny bunny. 2 dogs named jock & strap.
My partner had a cat called Warna as in Mari-warna lol
Dog named bus coz everyone rides it
a chicken called Parma

My cat is Pepe Le Mew. I once had 2 orange tabbies named Hot Dog and Peanuts. The owner of the mom cat named them and it just stuck.

I have two girls:
1. Niobe -- when she was a kitten she did these weird jumps off the wall, like in the Matrix movies.
2. Euphrates -- when I picked her up from the shelter she was really scared and afraid. I kept saying "It's okay you 'fraidy cat" ... the "you-fraidy" became Euphrates

We have tried to name our dogs based on our first impressions. Our shepherd/wolf/husky is named Chance simply because we had no idea of what her personality would be with the wolf mix. Turned out to be a sweetheart but very pack-oriented. Our next rescue is a west highland terrier that we named Suka which means" fast". (We have since found out that it means ***** in another language-oops.)As an afterthought -my kids want to name the next pet Womblie. ????

It's not really funny, but my cat is Big Fella. He's big, of course
and very fluffy. We've also had cats named Chuckie, Lucky, Bootsie, Katrina, K.C. My sister's cat is Gary.
