From the era of Software Programming, this profession has evolved to call the ones employed as "Software Professionals" and then recently "Software Engineers".
The main reason being that many standards and processes that are normally followed in a manufacturing or engineering profession, has long since been introduced into the Software Industry and hence its called "Software Engineering".
In that context anyone involved in the Structuring, Desiging and/or Coding a Software can be called a Software Engineer.

You need to be more specific in your question... Are u looking for a particular company that is qualified in said arreas. Or do u just want some dudes name. There are millions of programers and CS professonals in the world...
