This is a question that will never have the answer. That is because we don't have the proper framework on how to judge God. Most of the time we judge and interpret God as some old man with beard sitting on a throne high above, the creator, no beginning and no ending, self-created, etc .... and such comprehensions just create more confusion and debate.

Jehovah God was always there. no one made God, he has no beginning and no end. he created his first born child Jesus Christ his son. why do people keep saying that man made God, that is not true. God made people. remember he took from the dust and made Adam and from Adam's rib made Eve. www.watchtower.org

God exist's in Eternity, He exists Past present and future, He has always existed, Time itself, the ticking of the clock was created by God for He does not need it, He exists beyond time, and what we know as time, He is above time, before time around time, beynd mans ability to comprehend
