People evolve spiritually all the time. I believe the soul is what we are. So a soul is neither bad nor good but they may make bad or good choices. That is part of growing and learning.

I do not think evolve would be the term I would use for it but I suppose it is possible. I do not think it probable, I would believe it would take some sort of life altering situation. Perhaps a near death experience or something similar. However, since I do not think people are born bad or good, but respond to culture and outside stimuli, anything can happen.

I don't know about souls...can't see 'em, can't touch 'em and there is no definitive definition anywhere so I would have to say no for logical reasons...but I do believe a person, a man or woman, can change their lives for the "good" and improve their lives. And it can go the other way too...

not exactly evolve however a person can change their behavior from bad to good or good to bad depending upon the individuals actions pertaining to the laws, rules and mores of the culture and society in which one lives. deviant behavior is considered punishable while proper behavior is rewarded. if one is punished for being deviant repents and adheres to these laws rules and mores of the culture and society then being reformed changed the person from bad behavior to good behavior.
