Go for it ,it'll be an unbelievable experience and you'll be earning a decent wage.
If you really hate it ,you can always come back.
What have you got to lose????
Good Luck!!!!

XE.com shows that 120,000 Dirhams = 25,675 Euro - Before you can decide you have to know how much life is gonna cost you there. I mean, how much does an appartment cost? Is it before or after taxes?
Accomodation not included -> Dubai expensive -> I'd have serious doubts (more than that, actually), even if the experience would be worth a lot.
Dubai
Fully Furnished One-Bedroom Flat - Dhs. 6,250 per month
Unfurnished Two-Bedroom Flat - Dhs. 80,000 per year
Unfurnished Three-Bedroom - Dhs. 95,000 per year
Villa [Mirdiff] - Dhs. 100,000 per year

Looks to me like you'll lose already 3/4 on accomodation, which leaves you with almost nothing.
One other site mentions:
"The cost of living in Dubai is high, there’s no denying it! But because wages tend to be higher than say in the UK or USA and there is no personal income tax applied to wages people tend to have more disposable income."
wages higher than in the UK doesn't apply to this job, apparently...

Yes Ma'm, that is an above average salary for Dubai ... go for it.
Accomodation is very expensive at Dubai, does your package include accomodation ? If not, be prepared to shelve UAE Dhirams 3000 per month for a decent accomodation !

The important thing is how much more you should be able to save in Dubai than what you are saving now. As others said, accommodation will cost you about AED3000 a month. Visit http://www.thatsdubai.com/cost-of-living-in-dubai.html to get a rough idea of other expenses in Dubai.

I advise you flow to 7days.ae and ask contained in the "letters to the editor" section or attempt to do a search for for a communicate board for expats residing in Dubai. it really is because on 7days.ae there are a lot and far of folk speaking and complaining about that there's a scarcity of faculties, school room length turning out to be objections, lengthy waiting lists in some elements, intense priced college costs, separate intense priced college bus costs, courtroom situations about the regularly happening of teaching and so on... and then they help you to study about the fee of residing in those elements. 30,000AED is a very sturdy income although.. yet i do not understand how the fee of residing in Dubai compares to Riyadh.

Yes go for it. Mind you, working women professionals are few in Dubai, its a male dominated society plus they are very conservitive too and the worse part, there are no liquir stores.
