There are a few things you have left out to really answer this question. Like are you taking anything? Like are you type 1 or 2, on insulin or medications? Someone who is using diet and exercise to control their blood sugar are not in any danger. Someone who is taking insulin could possibly be a little to low, even it being only an hour after the meal. Usually you should check after 2 hours. If you are newly diagnosed, especially a type 2 you more than likely are accustomined to being at a higher level. If you quickly lowered your blood sugar to normal you might be feeling bad because your body is used to being at a much higher level. After a while your body will adjust. You should take your blood sugar when you're not feeling well. This will clear up whether or not your symptoms have anything to do with a low or not. Just because you're diabetic doesn't mean that your blood sugar is SUPPOSED to be high after a meal. Well controlled diabetics can have glucose in range most if not all the time.

89 and below is low, so you are on the low end. Do you test your blood sugar throughout the day, before and after meals? Do you keep a journal of the food you eat and what time you ate? Feeling dizzy is associated with low blood sugar, so I am just wondering what your blood sugar was before you ate the spaghetti? Has your doctor told you how to bring your blood sugar up when it is low? If you answer my questions, I'll revise my answer.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I would say it is suspiciously low. You don't usually hit a blood sugar peak from a meal until two hours after you begin it and it should rise at least to 140 or higher before your body begins to process it out of the blood stream. Dropping below 70 is when it starts to become a serious health risk and 50 and lower is a imminent danger of diabetic shock. Call your Doctor A.S.A.P. or a Emergency room for medical assistance.

this number is just right if you are not on any diabetic pills or insulin injections. But if you are predisposed to diabetes it is a good Idea to keep checking the normal numbers are 120 - 70
If you are having real blood sugar problems usually they will be High one hour after eating and then get low about four hours after eating but if you are at 160 right in the middle of the time at two hours after eating you are still considered to be ok. have a doctor check your Iron to see if maybe you are anemic this could be causing the tired feeling. hope you feel better

Normally, blood glucose levels stay within narrow limits throughout the day: 4 to 8 mmol/l (70 to 150 mg/dl). Levels rise after meals and are usually lowest in the morning, before the first meal of the day.

My mother is a diabetic and she is always shooting for around 100 or so. My lowest has been around 50 and that is after having a piece of candy. I do think that you are waiting too long to eat and you should try and stay away from sugar unless you are having those feelings and incorporate more protein in your diet.

It's really according to your body, now for my husband this would be a little low ..normal is around 110..But my husband feels his best at 130 and when his gets below 100 he starts to shake a little, so it's really how you feel, everyone 's sugar reacts differently on how there body feels at a certain level..
