How do I prove extreme hardship for my spouse if I were to get deported from here? I AM NOT AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT. I am a legal immigrant that has been in the US since I was 2 yrs. old. I am now 23. My wife is an American citizen. I ran into some trouble with the law and have a misdemeanor on my record. For that reason, I am inadmissable into the states. My wife has to prove extreme hardship if I end up having to leave the country. How does she do that?

I don't think that should be a reason not to get deported.

When America's economy goes to crap and all the other countries come and take everything and we are left in abject destitute poverty with no hope of every having our previous future again, wars and famine and disease or whatever I wouldn't leave this country. How do I know? I've lived my whole life 1 step out of that and even some in it in America as a white dude.

I presume by your question that you are illegal and your spouse is a US citizen.

It's not up to you to prove hardship: he or she must to that, by writing a letter to accompany your formal request for a waiver of your visa ineligibility or inadmissability when you finally apply for your immigrant visa overseas.
