I just took plan B myself, a little over a week ago. This is what the package says: "Plan B reduces the risk of pregnancy following a SINGLE act of unprotected sex....It is for emergency use and should not be used in place of regular contraception. If used for routine contraception it can increase your risk for a tubal pregnancy." I don't think it increases your risk of becoming pregnant, but the chances of you getting pregnant alone are pretty high if he ejaculated inside you. You need to discuss with your boyfriend a regular form of birth control. I mean, technically you could take it again, but you should discuss it with your doctor before you do anything. I hope this helped.

If plan B is what is referred to as the morning after pill then I consider that you have got to learn the instructions and examine whether three days after unprotected sex would nonetheless qualify this plan B to work. The morning after tablets i know of should be used no later that 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. So it should be earlier than the 3 days. Also this pill has a powerful dosage of the hormone that prevents being pregnant and is kind of the equal as those last pills on the cycle of the capsule. When women have their periods for too lengthy it is advocated that thay take these capsules to discontinue the menstruation. If you are rather usual then you definately could be pregnant however because you may have been interfering along with your cycle of activities I think you should wait for no less than 10 days. Or else take a dwelling being pregnant experiment. It must show confident by now if you are pregnant. However PLEASE, go on the tablet after this. You will have to be more cautious.

First of all, if you're that worried about getting pregnant then stop having unprotected sex. Stop relying on some little pill to get you out of trouble. I wouldn't freak out just yet though. If you don't get your period by the middle of next month, then take an at home pregnancy test. I was told by my doctor that they are very accurate. If you don't turn out to be pregnant then wise up and use a condom. Unless you're ready to have a child then don't make it possible that it could happen. Trust me. My son is the result of me being stupid and having unprotected sex. Though I love him to death, I know that I was not ready to have a baby. Abortion was out of the question in my mind so I do suffer dealing with financial problems sometimes. Just try to make good decisions.

Plan B could really mess you up inside, you are not supposed to be using it that often, and yes you could be pregnant. Go to the doctor and take a blood test and you'll find out. If you are not pregnant you should get on the pill if it is that hard for you to use a condom.

Plan B should not be your Plan A. Use condoms or go on birth control pills. And YES you could be pregnant. Anytime you have unprotected sex you can get pregnant--unless you are already pregnant or sterile.

it takes only one sperm cell to fertilize one egg cell. and it is really very very easy to become pregnant. even condom alone is not guaranteed. take both birth control pill and condom. however, it seems like you might even be pregnant already. either use a pregnancy test or go see a doctor. another thing. sometimes, taking plan b harms the fertilized zygote and the baby comes out with disabilities or deformity.

Use a condom EVERY TIME.
Plan B should NOT be a regular birth control method. It is called "emergency contraceptive" for a reason!
