Whether you have an eating disorder depends on many factors, but mainly, you need to think about what your relationship with food and body is like. Are you eating when hungry and stopping when full? Are you restricting to maintain a lower weight? These are some important questions to ask yourself.

I used to be anorexic because my body just motabolizes very slowly and it was the only way I could lose weight :( I still have that nagging voice that comes with having an eating disorder but eating very healthy and not eating meat has made it easier to control. Even so, I barely eat 1200 calories because thats all my little body can handle. If I ate more I would gain weight (and I'm 120! nd only 5'1"!/2!) It depends on your body type, just make sure your not starving yourself. Which you can tell when your starving, your stomach is in pain, and you still don't eat.

If you don't get much physical activity, It's ok to eat less. If you feel tired a lot then maybe you need more protein and vitamins. Maybe you have a digestive problem. Consult a psysician magician or mathematician. or grammar/spelling b champion cuaz i need one too. send him to me. I"m the walrus.

Please don't be anorexic. I was and struggle with it so bad even today. I freak out if I eat 100 calories of broccoli. Please find a better way to get the body you want. Exercise looks better anyway.
