No. Even if He was able to abstain from impure thoughts, He still would have made Himself ritually impure. See Leviticus 15.

Of course not! That would be sin. Some people dont think its sin but thats ridiculous. To masterbate one is lusting in their own mind about sex or something relating to the issue. The Bible says that even if you think about committing a sin in your own mind, you have committed that sin. Jesus was sinless.

Since 99% of all men masturbate and the other 1% are liars, I think it's safe to say that Jesus wasn't a liar.

Probably when he was a teenager. I don't rightly know...the bible left a lot of that stuff out. Whether he did or didn't is irrelevant.
