Not sure what you mean by one time treatment. Yes, Chlamydia can but cured with a treatment of antibotics. All you need to do is visit your Dr. If your looking for more information you can Google find the answer your looking for I'm sure.

Luckily it is usually cleared in about 3 days. I would suggest getting tested again afterwards to be safe.
