1 Onion 1Tin Kidney Beans
2 Tablesp.Olive Oil 1Tin Chop. Tomatoes
Tomato puree Worcester Sauce
Veg: Swede, Parsnip, Carrot, Turnip, - Diced.
Season with Salt & Pepper.

Method:
Saute (which means lightly fry) onion in olive oil.
Cook diced veg (boil or microwave).
Drain kidney beans
Combine all ingredients and heat in microwave or oven.
Season.
Serve with jacket potatoes or boiled rice.
Enjoy.
