The Accidental Vegan is my current favorite. The Garden of Vegan is better for beginners. I never cook anything from Vegetarian Times.

I generally take recipes from different websites like bawarchi.com
veg-web.com or any search engine . But if ever I have to refer to any cook-book , then it has to be of chef sanjeevkapoor or Tarla dalal . Also, Cook Na Kaho by Karen Anand . Amazing recipes .
