Are there any other non-dairy non meat sources of protein other than tofu and legumes?I mean natural sources?

vegetables (potatoes, Brussels sprouts), eggs, spinach, cereals and grains (rice, pasta, wheat, rye, corn), seaweed....
Try to combine them to make sure you eat food combinations that provide a complete protein.
Some good combinations are legumes + seeds, legumes + nuts,grains + legumes .
Try also some other soy products such as tempeh and soy milk

Nuts and seeds. The protein in whole grains is pretty impressive, too. Even white pasta has 7 grams per serving.

Beans (all beans and pulses) also a lot of veg contain protein not sure exactly which ones are best I think spinach has a lot

Any kind of nuts. I'm vegan and I eat peanut butter a lot, on bread and bannanas, whatever is in the cabinet.

Almost everything has protein...even veggies. Whole grains, nuts and seeds are really good sources.

I like Quorn products, like chicken tenders ^_^ you can find them in the natural and organic section at your store or at a health food store :-D

Eggs. To avoid cholesterol, try egg whites.

Spaghetti is another terrific source.
