Honey&Ginger, with a dash of black pepper and a few drops of fresh lemon (juice), every morning and evening for two months: breathing exercise (deep long breathing) regularly, about 4 to 6 minutes at atime, about 8 to 10 times daily --- in a few days, just a few days, you will see the results! Avoid 'provocations' like dust, foul smoke, bad odour etc., which cause allergic reaction!

What has your doctor determined to be the problem.. A runny nose is not a sinus problem, it is a nasal problem.. Need to find out what is causing the irritation and treat it accordingly.. Sneezing is the body's attempt to clear the passages.
I would suspect there are other symptoms, not seemingly associated with this particular problem.. but, still in the cranial area.

I have the same problem. You can have surgery to clear up your sinus, which is rather unpleasant and may take a while for you to recover or alternatively, like me, I excercise regularly. This somehow helps to reduce the pain in time. Nothing excessive. A brisk walk 20 to 30 minutes 3 to four times a week preferrably where there's plenty of fresh air.
