There's a chili restaurant in my area....pretty cool little place...like the baskin robbins of chili with literally dozens of flavors...They have this one particular flavor they call "demon" chili. I am not kidding you this **** will burn you twice if you know what I mean *LOL* I thought I was pretty experienced with high-heat chiles and spicy food (I'd always be the one to win competitions with friends on who can eat the spiciest) man I had no idea. The cooks who made that chili really cleared the spice rack to make this one!!
My stomach was puffed, rumbling and rattling like a pressure cooker afterward! My mouth was still throbbing and stinging for an hour after too!! That was some thermo-nuclear hot stuff!!! I don't know if I have the nerve to ever try that again....or if I do, I'll just have a small cup instead of the giant bowl I had last time.

Curry in Japan! I was 6 months pregnant and you order how hot on a scale of 0-5. I ordered 4 and couldn't barely eat it. Eating Hot spicy Mexican food for years I didn't realize there was a difference. I was up all night with my stomach on fire.

A boyfriend of mine once made some habinero salsa that was so hot that it burned my throat to the point that I lost my breath. I could not even enjoy the luscious taste of the salsa, it was wrong. Thinking back on it, I can still feel the burning sensation and it was many years ago.

The hot wings from Cluck U Chicken topped with 911 sauce. They make you sign a waiver saying you wont sue them if you pass out or die-seriously.

"The Man's" bbq sauce from Dixie's BBQ in Bellevue, Washington. I had a lick of it from an end of the toothpick. My mouth, throat, and stomach were feeling in for at least 4 hours. I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day.

An African hot sauce made by cooking (not frying) chopped fresh habaneros in olive oil, mixed with leek and celery puree sometimes. I wear gloves when working with the habaneros, at least that's what I think they are----they're like cherry peppers but HOT!!!!

I was conned in to eating one of those peppers that you find in Kung Pao chicken. I almost turned the table over, while reaching for a glass of water!
