I once suffered from Chronic Bronchitis. I would suffer sometimes 3 to 4 times per year! Usually when there was a major change in the pressure outside (I live in the north, and the temperature spikes and dips do wonders to chronic sufferers of bronchitis!). Each time I would get horrible hacking coughs, hoarking up green phlegm..it was so frustrating!

The key to getting rid of your bronchitis is to find a way to completely eliminate the germs that are causing all the phlegm and irritation leading to your hoarking cough and heavy breathing. Keep reading to learn how to do kill these germs!!

This page it will change your life and make you feel 100% better within just 24 hours!

Your Bronchitis could be due to post nasal drip..Do you sleep with open mouth ? Are your nostrils always plugged or blocked ? Do you have sinus problem ? If all this or any one of this is a Yes then there is a heavy drain of mucus from the back of your nostrils to your throat into the lungs. This continous drain gets infected quite often which makes the situation worse.

An 80% natural solution....Jog daily for 30 minutes on empty stomach and breathe only thru your nostrils....Find the difference yrself

You could have weak lungs, low resistance to infections or you need to change your diet and sleep habits. Bronchitis is an irritation of the broncae - little hairs in your lungs which are supposed to filter out germs and bacteria. Evidently, you just have a propensity for mucous in the lungs. Have you seen an allergist? It could be from something in the air - and not second-hand smoke!

I am a non smoker, I have bronchial asthma. I suspected it was from one of my clients... I work with the HIV population, once I was exposed to TB by a client .That was 8 yrs ago, Since then
I was always sick and five yrs ago I worked at World Trade site to help families with funding available to them. I never related my condition to that time, but about in 2005 I was told i suffer from bronchial asthma. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ALL SORTS OF TREATMENTS and I felt the same..could not breathe at night, gurgling sound in my chest, waking from my sleep with no air...I decided to seek for a Pulmonary Medicine,P.C / Doctor. If you live in New York City , Bronx, Dr. Theodore Casper , MD. is wonderful... He found that I suffer from sleep Apnia, as well as asthma. His tle. 718-892-1200. I hope this information helps you. good luck.

I ran into this a lot during my adolescence. Are you under stress, by any chance? Are you exposed to smokers? What about mold or fungi either at home or in your work place?

Try drinking lots of liquids, especially water and fruit juice. And drink hot lemon and honey, and take garlic tablets. Also, see what else you can do to boost your immune system.

Good luck!

You should go to a specialist- ask your general doctor for some referrals. Some people are just more prone to it- it could be allergies, asthma, or something treatable with a prescription.

I agree with "Also, see what else you can do to boost your immune system." That is the best idea because prevention is good so you won't get it again. You can email at usa_shippers@yahoo.com for the results of my research.

I get it too. Do you work in a child care center, or a crowded place? If so.. then it is probably viral. And nothing to be alarmed about.
