that can contribute to inflammation. Such as wheat bread and should eat oat bread. Do you know of other foods that can contribute to joint inflammation? And do you know of other things that can be done to help cure it? I take pain pills for my back and they don't seem to help the pain in my joints.

I don't know which foods cause inflammation of the joints but I do know things that help decrease it. Mangoes have natural anti-inflammatory properties, so eating them helps. Pineapple also helps - especially if you eat the core - you need to eat the raw pineapple, not cooked. Taking glucosomine sulfate helps many people, (myself included,) and you could also take chondrotin and MSM. Omega 3 oils help your joints too. You can get these by eating fatty fishes such as Salmon and tuna but you don't want to over do it as you can get too much mercury if you eat a lot of these fishes so eating them once a week is good. You can also buy mercury free Omega 3 supplements. Taking Primrose oil supplements are also good.
I'm sure that you already know that icing your joints for 10 to 20 minutes several times per day helps to reduce the inflammation.
Please understand that natural stuff like glucosomine and fish oils often do not work as quickly as prescription medications. It can take up to two months to see results - you just have to be patient. I have read articles about foods that cause inflammation, but pretty much ignored them because they were mostly healthy foods that are also helpful to the body, so I would rather eat them and treat the inflammation.

1st, you have to get rid of the inflammation, take something like aleve..
wheat doesn't necessarily cause inflammation, it does if you are allergic to it..
is it arthritis? if so, cut out all the nightshade plants, esp. eggplant and tomatoes and bell peppers..
go to the health food store and get an inflammation formula..
