Don't ask us to diagnose you over the internet. Go to a doctor. There are plenty of free clinics that can help you with this sort of thing if you're not covered by health insurance or you don't want to go to your regular doctor for any reason. There are any number of STDs you could have from unprotected sex...many without any symptoms whatsoever. Men are very often carriers of STDs (like pelvic inflamatory disease, for example) that don't do anything bad to them but can cause cancer or infertility if you pass it on to a girl. Don't take chances...get tested!

I would say while you go those dry spots on your penis go to the Doctor to see if he can scrape some of them and find out what it is. It could be herpes, herpes start with dry spots, and when full blown you get sores. Now, Iam not saying that your girlfriend has this, but why not find out for sure. Go to the Doc as soon as possible.

It could be that your penis is dry from when you had sex with her. Was she very wet? If she wasn't then that could be a reason why you have dry spots, maybe your penis is just dried out.
To be on the safe side, go to your doctor and get tested. Better safe then sorry.

I agree with brainy i think you and your girlfriend should go to the clinic together. I mean it could be dry skin it could be contact dermatitis it could be the start of genital herpes. It's best to see a doctor for this and both of you should get a full std work up just to be safe since you had unprotected intercourse. go soon. good luck.

I don't think its an STD. But I would go and check it out. Your penis is like skin, it can get dry. Thats what I think it is. But I wouldn't just stick some random lotion on your crotch. I'd talk to your Doctor about this. But It wouldn't show up this quickly if you think its an STD. I'd just call your Doctor.
