Thai is definitely number one with Mexican and Italian running a close second. Nowadays, I've developed a taste for food from Cameroon, too.

OK, my I just love it ALL. Every country's food has SOMETHING really good to eat! The English are world famous for terrible cooking (boiled meat with boiled potato and a boiled vegetable) yet even they produce such delights as "Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding" and even the humble but delicious "English Fish and Chips!"
If I were forced to pick my favorites, I would probably go with:
1. Indian (Punjabi style)
2. Thai
3. Chinese (Szechwan or Mandarin)
4. Mexican (all styles, Yucatan, Oaxaca, Northern, Central, Vera Cruz, Tex-Mex)
5. Italian (Northern)
Ah, but you see, now I've gone and left out so many excellent ones..........

Thai, Indian, and anything from the Mediterranean! Those cultures really know how to spice up a dish! I don't just mean the heat factor, but I love the way they combine spices and herbs in their dishes! Some of my favorite dishes from those cuisines are moussaka, sag paneer, and chicken larb. Life is too short not try what the world has to offer at least once.

Personally I love Indian food as it has a lot of variety there is North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi, Kashmiri, Rajasthani, Bangali & much much more and all have thier own sweet dishes and none of the foods or the sweets from any of the places taste similar or even close to each other.
