Actually yes, Cheese is very high in calories and all of those come from fat. You can exercise your heart out, as long as you eat that much cheese you'll never lose an ounce.

It depends on the age, weight and family history of high cholesterol. If the person has high cholesterol or is overweight, they should go easy on the cheese. It's probably not a good idea to eat it at EVERY meal, every day.

Possibly. Everyones body metabolizes different fats, calories, cholesterol in a different way. Regular exercise certainly would help, but it does not always decrease the amount of cholesterol in your body. It really depends on you current health, exercise routine and good ol' genetics.

All kidding aside...I think if you exercise it fine. But then again, too much consumption of one thing had always been frowned upon so you may want to change the diet a little. But if you are okay with it...Life is too short to care.

Cheese is full of fat and cholesterol and can clog you up, too. Everything in moderation. Exercise is not the cure-all.
