Smothered pork chops, mac and cheese, yams and collard greans (cooked with turkey meat) corn bread muffin and a glass of homemade lemonade.

Fried chicken with mac and cheese, homemade biscuits and collard greens and hot sauce. for dessert, butter pecan ice cream.All time fave was always made in my house.

Baked mac n cheese with gravy, greens if its cooked how i like it, fried chicken how my mom makes it. Good stuff.

Barbecued pigs feet with field peas and okra and fried cabbage. We buy our pigs feet from the local Asian market (they eat the whole hog too) because they are cut up in smaller pieces (not a lot of hooves action if you know what i mean). Then we boil them to softness, then put them on the smoker for 1-2 hours then put them in the oven in our homemade BBQ sauce for another hour (to soften them up). It takes most of the day, but I promise you that is the best way to eat them if your gonna.
