get some potatoes, slice them, put them in a bowl along with about a tablespoon of olive oil, just buy a fajita mix and mix them all in the bowl with your hands. put them on a tray in the oven about 200c for about 15 mins or until they are soft all the way through and NOT burnt!!

fritos with sour cream--yum
for a twist with popcorn, try cooking it in bacon grease!! Yummy, although not that good for you. Apples and peanut butter, and banilla yogurt with granola are options that are much more healthy....
