Ohhhhhhh your 18! yeah thats the perfect time to start body buliding. Don't let thougths like feelin to thin get in the way. I was really thin but I kept workin hard and Know my body is ripped. I did about 300 push ups a day, 800 sit ups and a lot of intense training. You need to start lifting iron too.

You can but it's a slow process as you may burn a lot of calories at your age. It's extremely important to get your diet right. Try not to mix your foods in the same meal ie no protein and carbs together as it's affects your digestion.

Do weights but more importantly do a lot of press ups, sit ups and other non equipment exercises to build strength. It may take as long as 6 months but hard work and perseverence is the only way

Perfectly good time to build your body! I've a friend who's about your height and 58kg - a veritable bean pole! Being too thin to build your body shouldn't be an excuse not to start, you know.

yup.. you got the bird in the right second..
But you are thin indeed.. you may fix a trainer or start your own workout like push ups, dumb bells etc..

Dut you shouldn't expect the result in one week.. it may take atleast one month to feel the differnce

What the hell is "174.5 cm" and "65kg"?

Can you spell it out in plain English please? You know...inches, feet and pounds? The so-called 'metric system' is for losers!
