Its killing me,but cant take any chemical *hit.Help!

join the club join the club join the big flu club. yes i have got it to it is killing me also. i am sooooooooooooo tired.

Eat fruits rich in Vitamin C and one of them is GUAVA. Drink lukewarm water. And if ever you can manage not to take a bath the following day, try this...... Before going to bed, put plastic bag, any ordinary plastic bags will do, on your back for 2 hours. Be sure not to use electric fan or aircon. Then after 2 hours, remove the plastic bag. Then wipe your perspiration. After 10 minutes, place another plastic bag on your back. Don't let the plastic bag to stay on your back beyond 2 hours or else you will have blisters. Then the following day, never ever take a bath. Do this procedure once a week or when you think you can stand not to take a bath the following day. This is the only way I know you can remove the fluids from your lungs.

take a Cardomon leave and keep it under ur toungue
Remember dont chew it
- in regular intervals (say 1/2 hr)
and as well as
Take some Black pepper seeds
with a glass full of milk
at night before going to bed daily
i think it would clear it in 2-3 days
