problem taking screencaps?

Question

Help! Whenever I try to do printscreen w/ an .avi playing with Windows Media Player, or Divx Player, for some reason I'll get all of the frame around it, but not the actual video... (I have also tried the SnagIt program.) How do I get a screencap of the video itself?

if you want to get it as a image you can use screenhunter software. it helps you to cut what u want.
But if you want to record the video it will not use.
