If your weigth is 65 you sound like your 5 too 7 years old. This is to young to build up body mass trust me I know from 3 years old I trained my body to get "big" but it nevered happen untill I was around 12 to 13 years old. It would help if you tolled us your age too.

You neglected to mention your age, but the good news is it's NEVER EVER too late to start. You just need to start out with light, small workouts, and build up from there. Body building can be a wonderful experience. Just remember not to over do it. I hope my answer helps you, good luck.
