I do the same thing, not as i'm about to orgasm though. The reason i do it, is because i cant handle the feeling, it is very ticklish but she also may be pulling back....

Hmm many (most?) women fake it. Us guys do ask too much "honey did you come?" I'm guilty of it too. Puts a lot of pressure on the ladies.
