Why does anyone? Medical advancement, good sanitation, clean food and water. That sort of thing. It benefits everyone, actually. Oh, were you trying to imply that they have better health and longer lives than any other religious group? I certainly hope not, because that wouldn't be worth answering. They don't.

Because they have an extremely healthy lifestyle. They don't smoke, drink, take drugs or have sex outside or marriage. I think they're vegetarians too ... they're good cooks -- my mom has a Seventh Day Adventist cookbook, and it's filled with good recipes (we're not Seventh Day Adventists by the way)

primarily it is because of thier strict observance of the Sabbath, beginning on
friday at sunset and continuing through saturday at sunset. another reason for thier good health and long lives is due to thier dietary restrictions which are similar to those of the jew.

The ones that I know are aren't.Though most 7th day do have healthy eating habits.

most of them i believe dont eat meat, smoke or drink alcohol. these 3 factors are the cause of ill health

because they are in church on saturday when everyone else is relaxing. Wait, but then they are relaxing on sunday, soo who knows.
