it's been 4 months since we broke up..and i still think of him..i guess i really miss him..all the good times we've shared..afterall we've been together for 2.5 yrs..i feel so terrible =(

I feel your pain, Time heals, may try looking at what made you break up. it normal for our brains to remember only the good stuff and forget the pain. it is natures way of keeping you and I sane.

have you truly cut him out of your life.
Every photo, every ticket stub, every item that links him to you?
If you haven't done those impt and vital things, you will never experience complete healing from the past.
You must help yourself or next year, you will still be stuck in this unhappy place..
Don't replay the happy 2.5 years you've had.... you need to face and accept reality..the now.... love is gone and over. No nostalgia. It only picks at your wound more and more.
